as soon as the beds are made available. We focus primarily on
Probation youth who are at risk of becoming permanent wards of
the penal system. Our program focuses on teaching them
effective ways of dealing with their personal problems other
than turning to crime or drug and alcohol abuse. We are a
strictly male facility and work with boys ranging from 13 to
18 years of age. The program runs for a 4 month period for
each intake. We do offer a 2 month refresher period for
participants who complete the program. This is set up so they
may return to the Lodge if they feel that they are going to
re-offend or return to their old habits.
