:: Multimedia Lab ::
The Multimedia department involves the CD-Rom Language
Project, multimedia services for G.W.E.S, as well as,
offering multimedia services for the community.
:: CD-Rom Language Project ::
The CD-Rom project relies on funding to maintain its
operation. The main funding sources for the project
are: First Peoples Heritage, Language & Culture
Council, and Program 131. Four interactive CD-Roms have
been produced to date so far:
- Gitxsanimax 1
- Gitxsanimax 2
- Gitxsan Novice Language
- Common Dialogue
The project team is currently working on two interactive
CD-Roms entitled: Feast System Language Development
and Gitxsanimax 3. The CD-Rom Project team members
are: Michelle Moore, Jeneen Woods and Fedelia O'Brien.
:: Services for G.W.E.S ::
Services for G.W.E.S include videotaping various events, picture taking, school newsletter and archiving data.
:: Community Services ::
The Multimedia department offers a variety of services
to the community including digitizing analog data, dubbing
video, filming major events, audio and video editing, web design and maintenance, as well as, Gitxsanimax translation.

available.
